Glitterbug Bakery is a bespoke bakery based near Lewes, East Sussex. Proud owner Karen Brown bake cakes that can be gluten free, diary free, wheat free and vegan. They bake cakes to order and deliver them nationwide. I had always thought that having a dietary requirement takes the fun out of sweet treats but Glitterbug have put the fun back in them. They not only smell and look divine but are exceedingly tasty.
Karen invited me to photograph her bakery and I managed to take some sneaky pictures of her as well!
