Louise and Mark got in touch around a year before to ask if I could be their photographer. They got married in East Dean at a little chapel before heading to Rathfinny Wine Estate for a sit down meal and drinks. Later on the made their way back to the chapel for evenings guests and dancing.
When they originally told me of their plans I thought that there might be a little bit too much travelling involved but as the day unraveled it all fit into place.
It was wonderful for the day guests to be transported to the top of the South Downs for a few hours to enjoy a gorgeous meal and then wind their way back down for a big party.
I loved the atmosphere at all three stages that the couple created. The short distance in-between meant that they could hop in my car and were able to stop off at a few places for some glorious vistas.
I loved so much about this day and it shows that you can have different stages in different places at it all work seamlessly.
