More and more we are seeing two day weddings. I absolutely love being asked to photograph both wedding days. It gives me the chance to be really creative and also get to know the couple really well. Abi & Lawrence’s first part was the legal bit. They decided to get married at SouthOver Grange Registry Office In Lewes midweek.
Couple’s often opt to have their photographs walking around The Grange gardens in Lewes. Having Keere Street with the cobbled paths as their backdrop. However, Abi and Lawrence wanted to incorporate The South Downs. So they booked a table at The Swan Pub in Lewes and as their guests sipped on a few pints of Harvey’s we wandered up the track to The Downs. It’s a lovely and quiet track and so if you want to step away from the gaze of the public it’s a perfect location.
Abi & Lawrence kept their wedding a surprise from the rest of their friends and family and the big announcement was to come a few days later at part 2 which you can read and see photos from HERE.
